TRAINING
Recode Your Future
Tech-focused job training for youth and career changers in Western Canada. A partnership between CodeCast, ComIT.org, and West Coast Foundation—delivering free IT education at Network Hub locations in Vancouver and Nanaimo, with virtual classrooms reaching smaller cities. Instructor funding from Western Economic Diversification Canada, space and staffing from WCTIF, virtual classroom technology donated by CodeCast.

Adopt my shop
A collective of local business owners pooling tech resources to help each other get online. Free services in Cantonese, Mandarin, Punjabi, Spanish, Vietnamese and Arabic—powered by Recode Your Future graduates and IT professionals from WCTIF.
CULTURAL
Chinatown House
An alliance of entrepreneurs, urban designers, cultural curators and nonprofits building a Chinatown that is vibrant, culturally and financially sustainable, and accessible to all. WCTIF is a founding member. Chinatown House serves as resource and cultural hub for citizens and community groups working on Chinatown-related projects to meet and collaborate.
SOCIAL ENTERPRISE
Cà Phê
Social enterprise Vietnamese coffee house offering catering in Vancouver. Committed to local sourcing from Chinatown green grocers and neighbourhood butchers, and providing employment to newcomer women. Proceeds fund community programming in Downtown Eastside.
CULTURAL enterprise

Vietnamese heritage tableware connecting contemporary tables to generations of artisanal knowledge. Made from natural materials that return to the earth—beautiful, functional, and fully biodegradable.

Surplus Edition
Curated overstock from premium brands, given a second life. Quality goods that would otherwise go to waste, made accessible through thoughtful curation and sustainable packaging.
